POLICIES Please read carefully before booking. You are agreeing to my terms and policies when you book your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service 🖤 *Deposits are non-refundable * you may transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment within the same month CANCELLATION POLICY • I ask that you please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee - 50% of the scheduled service(s) WHEN YOU RESCHEDULE & 100% of service if not. • No call/ no shows and day of cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No call/ no shows will be banned from booking again. • Cancellation 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will have no charge associated. LATE ARRIVALS • All appointments have a 15 minute grace period • Arrival more than 15 minutes late will result in a $10 LATE FEE. • I will do my best to accommodate the appointment, however the original design/service may have to be amended in the interest of time. • After 25 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. My door will be locked and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. PAYMENT • I accept debit & all major credit cards including Apple Pay or Google Pay. I do accept cash, but please have exact change as I do not have change for cash payments • Payment is due at the time of service -- no exceptions. • No refunds of any kind. INCORRECT BOOKING INFO Please book the appropriate services for your appointment 🖤 If you want nail art, please book the fitting nail art tier. If you need to soak off a foreign nail enhancement, please book so I can allocate the time to do so. In some cases if soak offs aren’t booked correctly, we may not have time for what you originally booked. Keep this in mind and message me if you have questions. 🖤No extra guests in the suite at this time due to lack of seating. However, there is a lobby/waiting area located in Estheticlyypleasing Skin & Beauty where guests can sit & wait - PLEASE NO ONE UNDER 18 IN THE SALON UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION 🖤 🖤Appointment length times may vary and are not always accurate. For example, all nail art tiers are ‘30 minutes’ on the website for efficient booking, but realistically they can take longer than 30 minutes. Depending on the services, amount of nail art, & if we’re doing a soak off — my services can take anywhere from 2-4 hours.
